Arthur G. Smith is an entertainment professional with more than fifteen years of experience in the industry. As the founder and president of AGS Media, Inc., a talent management firm for creatives, personalities, and brands, Arthur makes it his mission to bring great artists and their work to the public. As a talent manager, Arthur has managed many leading personalities in film and television, including Deborah Riley Draper, Erica Ash, RonReaco Lee, and Jessie T. Usher. His brand management experience includes managing celebrity engagement for such clients as Chrysler, PepsiCo, State Farm, and AT&T, working with Anthony Anderson, Jamie Foxx, Taraji P. Henson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jussie Smollett, and Terrence J. Arthur founded the Entertainment Marketing Special Interest Group (SIG), the first of its kind in the seventy-one-year history of the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). He also served as a creative consultant for the development of Adly, the celebrity advertising tech platform. An alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University (where he was elected student body president) and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Arthur remains an avid long-distance runner and a Circle member of the High Museum of Art. An Atlanta native and resident, he is the proud father of Khalid, a recent graduate of the University of Southern California.
