As a Certified Community Resiliency Teacher through the Trauma Resource Institute and a trained expert in Cognitive Based Compassion Training, SEE (Social Emotional and Ethical) Learning Facilitator, Coleman understands the psychological and emotional needs of individuals experiencing trauma.Her passion for empowering others and fostering positive change has led to her authoring eight books, with her first teen chapter book set to release soon. As the CEO/Founder of Lead & Ink, LLC., she has established a thriving business that promotes literacy and trauma resiliency as essential tools for empowerment within communities. Her mission is to equip parents, children, and all community stakeholders with the necessary skills and strategies to practice wellness in a natural manner. By combating stereotypical threats, racism, and misconceptions about different ethnic groups, she strives to empower minority individuals, fostering their confidence and sense of worthiness to excel in society.One of her most significant achievements is the creation of the Brown Girl Resilience Book Collection.
