The 9-11 Dad: A Guyanese Treasure, and the World's Most Unique Man World Trade Center Killings-Disaster in New York City, Autobiography

Overview

This autobiography chronicles the life of Dr. Cyril Kendall and his deceased son, Wilfred Kendall, with a specific focus on their victim status. Dr. Kendall was made the only political prisoner by the government following the September 11 World Trade Center disaster in New York City. Well, I believe this injustice conferred upon me could be undone and made right anytime by three people in New York State. Any one of them could right this wrong at any moment. The three people are Governor Kathy Hochul, Attorney General Letitia James, and District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Why? Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Paul Tarr, his attorney of counsel, lied in their affirmations to the federal court in response to my habeas corpus, claiming that I was sentenced to a term of imprisonment by the trial court. That affirmation was not true. District Attorney Bragg's office did the same in the state trial court, via Diana Florence, a disgraced assistant attorney, who lied to the courts, claiming that I was given an indeterminate sentence of eleven to thirty-three years of imprisonment-a false and fraudulent affirmation. Yes, the same people from the same office have lied to the courts twice.
