I have been on the fence for a long time trying to decide whether or not to invest in one of these - an Instant Pot Mini. My daughter and daughter-in-law each have one and swear by them. When I saw this book for so cheap, I thought I'd at least invest in that to learn more from a source that was not an advertisement. Man, I was not disappointed! DSS This was an excellent book. This definitely upped my cooking healthy game. I focused mainly on the foods recipes in the area All about the chicken and the 2 week meal plans. It's time to kick up your healthy habits with good, supportive meals. If you get an instant pot cookbook, get this one! AY As someone who loves cooking but is intimidated by pressure cookers, I've been very hesitant to get into the instant pot craze. I got this book not only to be able to look at recipes and see how the instant pot is used to cook them, but because it offered general advice and instructions for using an instant pot. This book is great for me as a beginner to the whole concept, and I am eager to get my hands on a device so I can give it a whirl! There's several recipes in this book that I love, like mac and cheese and Mexican rice, and I intend to reference this cookbook first as soon as I get an instant pot! Dana Lockhart He tells you upfront, it is a mini cookbook. But it does have good instructions on how to use that instant pot, the one that I've been using in one mode only. Great recipes, and the directions give me enough info to insert recipes that I already have. A go-to when you need to know how to use your instant pot. Lilly This book is laid out well and provides a good read and introduction for using a pressure cooker for weight loss recipes. The receipes are inticing and families would like them.
