Overview

One Page Poetry is a community of writers and artists and those who support them. Our goal is to bring to as many people as possible those moments of joy and inspiration that only poetry can. Expressing a poetic theme on a single page is the premise upon which One Page Poetry was conceived. The poets represented in our 2025 anthology demonstrate remarkable creativity and inspiration in exploring this premise. These gifted writers represent all ages and every demographic, and they look at the world through diverse lenses unencumbered by boundaries. They write of love and loss, growth and fear, success and failure. They reflect on such important issues as inclusiveness and ethnicity, war and peace, strength and courage, hope and change, and much more. The poems included in the 2025 anthology explore the realms of the spiritual, the emotional, and the intellectual as only the art of poetry can. This year's collection is symbolic of the writing community that is at the heart of One Page Poetry's mission: bringing writers together to express their vision and encouraging people of all ages and all walks of life to share their poetry as a gift to the world. It takes courage and a willingness to be vulnerable to do so, and the poets represented here demonstrate this without reservation. We salute them. All proceeds from the sale of this book will go to the World Wildlife Fund and Oceana, two organizations dedicated to the protection of endangered species and the preservation of their natural habitats, and to Compassion for Africa, an organization building schools, hospitals, and wells in the Congo and Ghana.
