Author Information

Kurt Messick worked in the House of Commons during Margaret Thatcher's tenure as Prime Minister, working as an office manager, researcher, constituency aide, election assistant, freelance speech writer, and general student of political affairs. Later in his career, after several rounds of political and public relations positions, he settled on teaching and ministry as his true vocation, while learning, reading and writing remain his strong avocation. This particular text comes out of work done with the American Military University, National Security Studies and Conflict Resolution, for which he was awarded the MA with honors in 2018 for work in this subject. He currently lives in Bloomington, Indiana.
