She holds BA (Hons) and MA degrees from Trinity College, Dublin and an MPhil (Executive Coaching) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Sarah's career spans more than 25 years, most of it spent at two companies - Accenture and Spencer Stuart - based in Ireland, France, the UK and South Africa.
