Fuller, PhD, DNP, AGACNP-BC, FNP-BC, FNAP, FAANP is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who works in the Department of Surgery at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME.
