<b>Brad Brown</b> is a successful businessman who conceived of the Term Limits concept as the result of research and a wide variety of life experiences including two failed marriages. <b>Dave Shields</b> has written numerous articles for newspapers and magazines and is the author of three novels, <i>The Pendulum's Path</i>, <i>The Race</i>, and <i>The Tour</i>, and coauthor ofSaul Raisin's biography, <i>Tour de Life.</i>He's also served as a bicycle racing analystfor networks including CNN, Fox News, and ESPN, plus hundreds of national and local television and radio programs. They both live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
