Author Information

Fergus Currie was born in 1961 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He studied composition at the Royal Academy of Music in London and the University of Birmingham where he received an MA for his research into the work of Japanese composer Toru Takemitsu. He has worked as a professional musician for more than 35 years and has been a member of the orchestra of the Greek National Opera since 2009. His major compositions are handled by the Dutch publishing company Donemus. He still finds time to write novels, play chess, and, of course, design and make modular origami.
