Associate Professor Ryszard K. Miler has been professionally affiliated with the WSB University in Gdańsk, Poland, for over 12 years. In 2015, he became the Head of the Baltic Centre of Applied Logistics [Bałtycki Ośrodek Logistyki Stosowanej] at the Institute of Management and Finance of this institution. He is the author of numerous publications in the fields of logistics, maritime economy and safety and security of maritime transport. He has been granted the title of European Senior Logistician by the European Logistics Association (ELA).
