He holds advanced degrees in Management (Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta), Public Administration (Panjab University/The Indian Institute of Public Administration), and Law and Governance (Jawaharlal Nehru University), in addition to degrees in Civil Engineering (College of Engineering, Guindy) and Law (Osmania University).
