OverviewReflect. Remember. Reconnect with who you really are. Unplugging from the Game: Teen Workbook Edition is a guided, black-and-white companion workbook designed to be used alongside the novel Unplugging from the Game: Remembering the Real You (sold separately). Created for teens ages 13 and up, this workbook offers a supportive and reflective space to explore key themes from the novel, including identity, emotional awareness, self-worth, and the impact of habitual thought patterns. Through structured journaling prompts, insight-based questions, and guided reflections, readers are encouraged to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner experience. The workbook helps teens examine common challenges such as perfectionism, pressure, comparison, and self-doubt, while fostering emotional resilience, self-trust, and a grounded sense of confidence that is not dependent on external validation. While developed with teens in mind, the workbook may also be used by adults who wish to engage more personally with the novel's themes. This publication is a companion workbook and is not intended to be used as a standalone resource. Inside, readers will find: Thought-provoking journaling prompts and reflective exercises Insight-based questions that encourage self-inquiry and awareness Tools inspired by mindfulness, neuroscience, and emotional awareness Opportunities to build clarity, emotional balance, and self-trust Space for personal reflection and meaningful integration Inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Michael A. Singer, Suzanne Giesemann, and Dr. Sue Morter, this workbook offers an accessible and age-appropriate path to self-reflection and personal growth. Recommended for teens (ages 13+) and suitable for individual use, guided reading, or reflective group settings. Table of ContentsReviewsTDC 5.0 out of 5 stars Interactive, reflective, enjoyable and fun workbook!Reviewed in Canada on November 6, 2025 Format: PaperbackVerified Purchase ""This workbook that pairs with the full novel, Unplugging From The Game: Remembering the Real You is a great way to become more in touch with your own mind and physical body. Filled with personal reflective questions, discussion boxes to check off, scientific facts, and more, this detailed workbook allowed me to reflect not only on who I am as a person, but how I act around other people, how I see and treat life, and many other aspects of my day to day experiences that stem from various areas of my physical and emotional presence. This book turned off the self-critical side of my brain, and switched on the personally attentive side. It opened up the bounds that may have held me back from asking myself questions or truly discovering more about myself in my everyday life. Highly recommend!"" Yasmin 5.0 out of 5 stars Growing up HealthyReviewed in the United States on October 24, 2025 Format: Paperback This workbook is very organized and easy to follow. The questions are clear and give direction to the task that needs to be learned or accomplished for the chapter. It should be used in schools and or youth group as a challenge and help our teens to unplug and express what is going on in their minds and soul that might be triggering them. All this gaming without control does not help for their growth and real understanding of the world they will have to go and work in. More and more people are socially awkward because of it.
