Overview

A good deal of research has been done during the past decade relating to spacer fabrics. Though woven and nonwoven spacer fabrics are used in technical applications, knit spacer fabrics are most commonly used. The first chapter deals with the fundamental aspects of knit spacer fabrics. Second chapter deals with comparison of knit spacer fabrics. The third chapter deals with stab resistance of warp knit spacer fabrics suitable for body armor and compared with existing types.
