Cristina Vaz de Almeida holds a PhD in Communication Sciences and Health Literacy and is a Specialist Researcher in Health Literacy and Communication and Health Marketing. She is Director of the Postgraduate Course in Health Literacy at the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (ISPA), Portugal, and President of the Portuguese Health Literacy Society. Miltiadis D. Lytras is a world-class expert in the fields of cognitive computing, information systems, technology enabled innovation, social networks, computers in human behavior, and knowledge management. Dr. Lytras is an editor, lecturer, and research consultant, with extensive experience in academia and the business sector in Europe and Asia. Dr. Lytras is a visiting scholar in the Effat University, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
