Author Information

Oliver Kayser studierte Pharmazie und promovierte in Pharmazeutischer Biologie. Seit 2010 hat er den Lehrstuhl für Technische Biochemie an der Technischen Universität Dortmund inne und beschäftigt sich mit der heterologen Biosynthese der Cannabinoide in Hefen.  Nils Averesch studierte Bioingenieurwesen und promovierte mit Fokus auf Metabolic Engineering. Seit 2022 ist er an der Stanford University Leiter einer Forschungsgruppe. Er erforscht die Bioproduktion fortschrittlicher Biomaterialien mittels mikrobieller Zellfabriken, die Treibhausgase als Rohstoff verwenden.
