Overview

In the year 2011, Erik Troy imagined a story about a small town in the Merrimack Valley between Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He only had one problem: ""How do I write this story?"" After fifteen years of study, he has put this story to paper for the first time in the format of a screenplay and paired it with the storytelling knowledge he's learned over the years. The story serves as study material and entertainment for the reader, while the foreword and afterword provide information on how to write a screenplay and much more. As a filmmaker in Los Angeles, California, Erik is reminded of the seventeen year old he once was, and how he wanted to know more about creative writing and filmmaking. This book is an attempt to give guidance, wherever it's needed, to fellow storytellers around the world.
