ILONA VASS grew up in Vienna, Austria and has always been surrounded by music and dance, which influenced the concepts presented in this book. In her first career in aviation, she developed a deep interest in managing multicultural teams with a strong focus on building a harmonious and productive working environment. Ilona has lived and worked in China and Europe and currently resides in Australia.
