Her experience in higher education includes a variety of positions including Academic Associate Dean, Athletic Administrator, Head Women's Soccer Coach, Intramural Director, and NCAA Compliance Coordinator. Gentile earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree from Adelphi University, Master of Science Degree from Springfield College, and Doctor of Education from Boston University.Professor Gentile created the sport management curriculum at Endicott College and has taught every course in the program over the last 15 years.
