He has won several teaching awards, including the APA Distinguished Teaching in Psychology Award. Sue Frantz is Faculty Emerita for Highline College and Affiliate Faculty for New Mexico State University, USA, with over 30 years of psychology teaching experience. She writes a blog on the teaching of psychology. In 2016, Frantz received the highest honor in the teaching of psychology—the APF Charles L. Brewer Distinguished Teaching of Psychology Award. Stephen L. Chew is Professor of Psychology at Samford University, USA. He studies the cognitive basis of effective teaching and learning.
