Overview

Teachers need to develop themselves professionally in order to raise the standard of student learning. In order to achieve this, one possible approach would be through 'reflective practice' where they can improve themselves and be aware of their own 'learning' as this influence the way teachers' themselves are taught and teach in their own classrooms.
