Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationJim Teeters has been a family-life educator, college professor, staff development specialist, pastor, private workshop leader, and trainer of adult instructors. He has spent a year in China teaching English to university students and faculty. He has a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Washington and a master's degree in social work from the University of Hawaii. Jim published a book on teaching religious education to all ages (Going Intergenerational: All Ages Learning Bible Truths Together, 2010), is a published poet, and has written a novel with his grandson. Jim and Lynn have a combined 70 years of experience teaching adults. Lynn Hodges was first exposed to teaching adults while working as a flight attendant at Northwest Airlines. She became certified as a training specialist and went on to teach a variety of subjects, such as leadership, conflict management, and security response to terrorism in the airline industry. She later became a certified instructor for the Speakers Training Camp. Lynn has a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies of social and behavioral sciences with a minor in communications. She currently teaches adults how to organize and deliver great speeches and presentations, in addition to her regular flight attendant duties.
