He has represented appellants before the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division), Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal of Trinidad and Tobago. He has extensive experience in drafting submissions to the Criminal Cases Review Commission. Paul is Head of the Doughty Street Chambers Appeal Unit and editor of the Appeals Unit Bulletin.
