He's also the United States Brewery Ambassador for Les Vergers Boiron. Michael D. Morgan teaches beer courses and oversees the Brewing Industry Certificate program at the University of Cincinnati. He's the author of Over-the-Rhine: When Beer Was King (2010) and Cincinnati Beer (2019). Together, Baker and Morgan cohost the Brew Skies Happy Hour podcast, an extensive, ongoing history of American craft beer.
