Tales Of Vareima. Volume One

Overview

These are the early adventures for Surela. Before she became Champion of Valtoor, she was a thief, mercenary and soldier. These tales are not presented in chronological order, but as they were written. An odd choice, but I believe you can see Surela evolve as a character this way. She owns the God-Shard of Time and Dragons, embedded in her sword, which is 10,000 years old. Surela lives on Vareima. A world filled with people not native to Vareima. They were placed in the world by a mechanism put in place when the deities still controlled Vareima. These deities were long gone, but their gemstones and the mechanism still function, still powering the 15 God-Shards. These God-Shards shape and drive the future of Vareima.
