Wayne Faust is the author of ""The Calek's Tale Trilogy."" He has had over 50 short stories published worldwide in various places. ""Tales From the Road"" is his first anthology and it features 21 of of those stories, strung together in the form of a 42 hour road trip from Denver to Key West, with interludes after each story, describing stops along the way. The author has been a full-time music and comedy performer for over 40 years, doing more than 7000 shows in 42 states and overseas in Europe. With his former singing partner Rusty Lewis, he did road trips to Key West for more than 15 years, so the atmosphere and detail of the interludes between stories should ring true, taking the reader along for the ride. Wayne Faust has been a full-time comedy and music performer for over 40 years, performing in 40 states and overseas in England, Holland, Scotland, and Mexico. His music is heard all over the world. While on the road performing, he writes fiction, mostly character-driven, speculative tales. He's had over 50 short stories published in various places around the world, and ten of his stories have been performed by actors as staged reading for One Night Stand Theater in Denver.
