Author Information

Jim Dotson earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business, UNC-Chapel Hill and is in the process of completing a Masters Degree in Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He started his own consulting firm in 2003, Upside-Down Leadership, which helps corporate, non-profit, ministry and church clients apply biblical leadership principles and truths within their organization. Dotson currently serves on a number of boards and is involved in a wide variety of ministry and non-profit organizations.
