Takara Shining Balance

Overview

Furious that Tara and the other magic users escaped, Heather has focused her revenge on those left behind at Camp Nowhere. The state of the camp has become more precarious. Heather and the townspeople post guards there day and night. They are watching and waiting for some reason to eliminate the camp. Their fate hanging in the balance, Dustin Jones must find a way to save everyone. In a desperate move, the camp people decide to flee. Only to be relentlessly pursued by Heather while the Seekers and Kartics race to bring them to safety. Sabrina has a vision of Heather's plans for the toxic gas created by the meteor plants infesting the planet. Now no one is safe. The Kartic leaders decide to send Tara, Bran, and Ciryatan to watch the town and devise a way to thwart Heather's plans. While there, Tara unexpectedly meets another Taween who teaches her new and powerful ways to use her sensing magic. Glaren, Travis, and Trent are sent to the southern continent to investigate the meteors and brown toxic gas. Surprises await them on the southern continent, taking them down paths they didn't plan for or expect. While there Glaren stumbles on a startling discovery that leads him to try to create a living anvil. He can't do that alone, so the Kartics send Tara, Ciryatan, Freddy, and Sabrina to join them on the southern continent. Travis and Trent work feverishly to solve the riddle of the toxic gas. The solution they need takes all of them into the heart of the southern continent where they are confronted by an ancient evil thought to be extinct. Unprepared, the group flees for their lives, only to have the legacy of Dunborough end up in peril.
