OverviewRelieve Joint Pain and Feel Better by Learning Easy Tai Chi Learn tai chi movements to relieve pain in your joints and increase your range of motion and stamina. David-Dorian will guide you to the health benefits of tai chi without any routines or sequences to learn or memorize. TaijiFit programs use an easy format designed for you to simply follow along without worrying about getting anything right. Just mimic what you see, and don't even worry about which direction you're facing. By using this short program just a few times per week, your joint health will gradually improve, and you'll feel stronger and more balanced.
