Overview

The object of present book is to provide an introduction to the charge transfer complexes, synthesis and applications of organic charge transfer complexes. The writer's purpose has been to explain the synthesis of organic charge transfer complexes from equimolar ratio of organic donor and acceptor molecules with suitable organic solvents. The synthesis of organic charge transfer complexes was supported by spectrophotometrically and spectroscopic data like IR, NMR and SEM-EDX study. In this book the writer clearly explained the mechanism of all synthesized CT complexes. The newly synthesized complexes have lot of applications in various fields like DNA binding and Anti-cancer activity. In this book the computational study and DFT study were also done for all synthesized CT complexes.
