Author Information

Mary Schulte has written 13 children's books and numerous articles for children's magazines. She is a photo editor at The Kansas City Star newspaper and teaches photography at a community college. Mary lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with her three children, three dogs, two cats, and a bird. Her favorite sport is basketball and she has participated as a player, a coach, and now as a writer about the game.
