OverviewThe Lee family live in a Sycamore Grove, a remote Victorian manor house in the middle of Cheshire and time seems to stand still. Temperance's three daughters Henrietta, Elizabeth, and Georgiana crave adventure and a life beyond the hedges that surround Sycamore Grove and the meandering country lanes that lead to it. Equipped with various forms of supernatural abilities, the Lee sisters wish to emulate their mother in more ways than one whilst Temperance longs to return to doing what she did before her daughters were ever a glint in her eyes. However, Henrietta, Elizabeth, and Georgiana soon learn that the powers are not all they are cracked up to be, as Temperance's ambitions conjure up a ghost from the past.
