Overview

Krist nam je na Veliki četvrtak ostavio sred-stvo (Euharistiju), po kojem mozemo u njegovoj muci, smrti i uskrsnucu uvijek iznova sudjelovati djelatno i plodonosno (sv. Ivan Pavao II., Enciklika o Euharistiji, 11 i 12). Otkupljenje nam je svima potrebno jer smo svi ponekad zarobljeni vlastitom sebičnoscu i egocentričnoscu, ponekad dopustamo da nas zarobi vlastita pozuda i grijeh, kojih se sami ne mozemo oslo-boditi. Ponekad nas zarobe teske i neizlječive bolesti, ponekad neis-cijeljene dusevne boli, ponekad postajemo robovi nesmotreno izgovorenih riječi. Ponekad drugi mani-puliraju nama osjecajima krivnje. Ponekad smo robovi različitih strahova, vla-stite ogorčenosti, razočaranja, samosazaljenja, osjecaja manje vrijednosti... Iskrenim pokajanjem u sakramentu Ispovijedi uvijek iznova primamo oprostenje, no otkupljenje iz zarobljenosti, oslobođenje srca i novu narav primamo po Svetoj Misi.
