Her research focuses on consumer behavior through a multidisciplinary lens, particularly corporate brand design and identity and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work appears in leading journals, including British Journal of Management, Regional Studies, and more. Maria Palazzo is a Full Professor at Universitas Mercatorum, Rome, Italy. She previously served as a Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire (UK), a Visiting Scholar at the University of Granada (Spain), and a Visiting Lecturer at Universidad del Norte (Colombia).
