"This book titled ""Sustainable Disease Management of Agricultural Crops"" is based on plant disease management by means of sustainable manner. In developing country, sustainable Agriculture is to maintain food production or more realistically, to maintain an increasing trend in food grain production while preserving the underlying resource base. This book will give broader sense of sustainability which can be defined as ""maintaining an increasing production trend to ensure food security with future dimensions"". Adequate food grain production and ensuring an equitable distribution is a global concern in present scenario. The continued growth of agricultural sector should not be at the cost of soil, plant and environment. Plant diseases have been of great concern to the Indian Agriculture. The changed agricultural scenario has to focus our attention to check plant diseases, cut crop losses, avoid wide fluctuation in production and sustain higher levels of productivity.
