Pawan Kumar is Professor and Head of the Department of Marketing at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. Gurmeet Singh is Head of the Graduate School of Business and Director of the MBA Programme at the University of South Pacific (USP), Fiji, and has over 21 years of experience in teaching, research, consultancy, and executive training. Vipin Nadda is currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager (Tourism, Hospitality, and Events) with the University of Sunderland in London. Bindu Aggarwal is currently an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University School of Business at Chandigarh University, Gharaun, Mohali, Punjab, India.
