She has researched and taught adult and higher education for over 30 years. Her areas of interest include teacher education, business and economics, language, embodied and arts-based research methodologies, equality, diversity and social justice and sustainability. Since completing her PhD in 2017, she has been involved in an international project researching decolonising teacher education and arts-based research looking at ways to develop more caring relationships with materials.
