Author Information

Stuart W. Rose, Ph.D., earned his doctorate in Organization Development, has been a professor at three major universities, and has worked for several decades as an educator and a consultant to architects, consulting engineers, and other design professionals. He is a registered architect, as well as a graduate structural engineer. For nearly twenty years he has tracked trends related to the ability to sustain life on Earth and has initiated a unique pilot project of sustainable housing. His Garden Atriums project has been featured in nearly two dozen local, regional, and national newspapers and magazines, on NPR, PBS, and on major regional television programs. Rose has presented his work and his expertise at three international sustainability conferences.
