SUSLIPI is the latest Unified Script. None of the numerous scripts claimed earlier to have been Unified Script could not attain success. And now SUSLIPI is in the waiting list. The earlier scripts demanding to have been Unified Script worked on the basis of (i) Similarities in the sounds of letters, (ii) Similarities in the looks of shapes etc. However, these qualities vary so widely in the numerous languages of the world, and it was obvious that the proposed Unified Scripts could not take care of all. As a great deviation, SUSLIPI works on two things: (01) A rigid system for creating the scripts one after another in a systematic order and (02) A proposal for dividing the Alphabets into groups of five . Both seems feasible, even if the number of languages is innumerable. Even if SUSLIPI cannot attain the 'quality' of becoming the 'Unified Script', it may serve another great purpose. A firsthand study of the first few pages of this book would reveal, how extremely easy are the system learning the sound, identifying the letters and then writing the Scripts in SUSLIPI. For example, say, there are 52 letters in the Alphabet of a language. Usually, the children are made to memorize the sounds of at least 26 letters, then identify their scripts and finally to write down those. Then the remaining 26 letters are taught in similar ways. After knowing these letters, the children go for learning another 26, and then they go for writing the words and sentences. The children need about two years to learn these. The above task in SUSLIPI is dome by making the student to memorize only 6 letters. Then SUSLIPI adopts a special system in which identifying of their scripts and writing those can be learnt within a few hours. The remaining letters are taught in groups of 4. The entire learning of 26 Alphabets may need a few months. After that, if there is a second version of these letters, that can be taught within less than one hour. In this way, the SUSLIPI scripts may be learnt by any child within three to six months. Now, consider the saving of costs of educational materials, food, teacher etc. for a child for a period of one and a half year. And visualize the huge saving in Millions or Billions of Dollars of a country for this purpose. Even if SUSLIPI cannot become Unified Script, it can ensure a lot of savings of the parents and the countries.
