John Jack Lash has spent over 25 years in the corporate sector, in various leadership roles, improving top and bottom-line performance. He is an expert in continuous process improvement and has worked for a number of fortune 500 companies including Hershey Foods, PepsiCo/Frito Lay, Grainger Industrial Supply, Kraft Foods, and most recently JC Penney as Vice President, Supply Chain Operations. His expertise is also highlighted in his book, Surviving the Corporate Game: Keys to Success. He also started the consultancy J. Alexander and Associates in 2002, providing consultation in leadership development, executive coaching, and process optimization. It now operates under the Media Versed Communications, Inc. umbrella. Jack is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and he and his wife Barbara have two children.
