Jameel McKanstry is a singer/songwriter, teacher, and author. Hailing from Tuscaloosa, AL, McKanstry earned his Bachelor of Music Education Degree specializing in Choral Music from Florida State University. McKanstry relocated to New York City and earned his Master's Degree in Educational Theatre at New York University. McKanstry teaches in the New York City public school system and is the Songwriting Lead for Music Unlimited Entertainment, LLC, a full-service music publishing company.
