A naturopathic medical doctor, Dr Heather Herington BSc, NMD, DHANP, graduated from Bastyr University in 1987 after earning her undergraduate degree in Biology at Dalhousie University. Her work has appeared in Townsend Letter for Doctors, NDNR.org, Alive, Kinesis and more. She has been interviewed three times in Authority magazine. An engaging speaker and astute workshop leader, she also writes essays, novels, librettos, and creates radio plays based on challenging health conditions that demand a true body-mind investigation. Her podcast is Dr Heather Herington where she teams up with top doctors and scientists and community activists to fearlessly address health issues in these toxic and chaotic times.
