The Journal for Civil Aviation Training '...this highly informative volume is a very good place to start for the general overview of land and sea survival techniques...perfect resource for classroom or library reference...highly readable, straightforward style...a useful and important study...' Flight Safety Digest 'The highest compliment one can give anything is to identify it as a desired object if one were to find him- or herself on a deserted island.
