Laurent Weichberger reflects in this book that surrender can be and is developed. Meher Baba is explicit in his intention to destroy the limited false mind of his followers and disciples. I confess that as I have a mighty attachment to my mind as self, this intention from Baba is experienced by me as a serious threat to my existence. As I am imbued with a powerful and natural instinct for self-preservation, this is quite the dilemma.Reading Surrender with Meher Baba has reignited my thirst for the droplets of his love. To me, this book is not for the faint hearted or the weak. It is Meher Baba as the lion that he was/is. I fear him. I hear his growls. I see him pacing, staring at me through the bars. The question remains, am I willing to enter the cage with him, or better still, release him into my life, to stalk me in every moment, hungry to devour me into the infinity of His love and bliss? Author Information

Laurent was born and raised in Manhattan, where he came to know about Meher Baba in 1986. In July 2004, Laurent founded OmPoint Innovations with support from Don E. Stevens. In the Fall of 2007 he launched the OmPoint International magazine to share Meher Baba's message of love and truth, honoring all spiritual paths, in the spirit of Baba's work with all religions as ""Beads on One String."" Laurent has authored, and co-authored, many books about Avatar Meher Baba. In 2016 he married Vanessa and now lives in the Carolinas with his wife and children, and their cat Khadija. Since 2012 Laurent has been working professionally on Big Data application development with Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Ethereum blockchain, Apache Cassandra, Couchbase, and much more.
