He is a Professor at DeMontfort Univerity, Leicester and Associate Professor at the University of Leicester.He is the founder and director of British European Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Academy (BEOFAA) that trains Orthopaedic surgeons across the globe. He is the council member of European Foot Ankle Society (EFAS) and is currently serving in the scientific and education committees of EFAS and British Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Society (BOFAS).and is heavily involved in the fields of education, training and research. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and written three books.
