Surgery of the Shoulder and Elbow, An International Perspective is a collection of selected proceedings of the 9th International Congress on Surgery of the Shoulder that took place in Washington DC in May, 2004. This meeting was a result of the continuing efforts of shoulder and elbow societies throughout the world. The book brings a global perspective to the treatment of common to complex shoulder and elbow disorders. Presented by the American Shoulder and Elbow published cooperatively with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, this volume includes presentations clinical and scientific papers, and synopses of research from this important conference.
