Author Information

Professor Christopher Hill has worked in international higher education since 2008, including nine years in Malaysia and six in Dubai. Christopher is an OBHE Associate, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Specialist for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, Adjunct Researcher for the Higher Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan and External Examiner for the University of Birmingham. He serves on the editorial boards of eight international journals and as Peer Reviewer for a further ten. Dr. Chia-Yi Lin currently serves as the Associate Research Professor at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU). She specializes in managing national-scale elite projects and university strategic planning, development and advancement. Dr. Lin is also in charge of The Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College at NCKU, recommending appropriate improvements to build effective performance and strategies for the operation. Dr. Lincompleted her M.S. in Teaching English as Second Language (TESOL) and doctoral Degree in Education. Her research interests include TESOL methods, second language acquisition, creativity and creative problem-solving, identifying gifted children on the basis of their creativity in specific domains, higher education administration and institutional research.
