Brenda Haugen started in the newspaper business and had a career as an award-winning journalist before finding her niche as an author. A graduate of the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, Brenda lives in North Dakota with her dog, Alice, who chose Brenda when she went to the Humane Society thinking she was there to adopt another dog. Tyler Omoth has written books on baseball, basketball, and football for young readers. He has also written articles for the Minnesota Twins Gameday program. He's been an avid sports fan since childhood. Tyler lives in Burnsville, Minnesota, with his wife, Mary. They enjoy going to sporting events whenever they can.
