Author Information

Paul Ian Cross, is an award-winning British author and scientist who loves to transform complex science concepts into inspiring children's books. Paul has written numerous page-turning books for young readers, including the Royal Society's award-nominated Bodies, Brains & Bogies. With a PhD in his field, Paul expertly weaves mind-blowing facts into stories that inspire readers to embrace their inner scientist and envision a better world. Katie Kear is a British illustrator who has been creating artwork for as long as she can remember. She has an illustration degree from the University of Gloucestershire and has worked with publishers including Usborne, Scholastic, Pan Macmillan, Penguin, Andersen Press and Hachette. She has worked on numerous award-winning books including Operation Nativity. Cherie Zamazing is a British illustrator who has been creating artwork for over twenty years spanning children's books and animation. She has an illustration degree from Loughborough University and has worked with publishers including Bloomsbury, Harper Collins, Macmillan, Oxford University Press and animation for the BBC.
