SUPERPOSITION: A CHESS-LIKE ADAPTIVE WARGAMING SYSTEM (or CLAWS), is an extremely flexible, war-gamer-friendly, skirmish miniatures combat system. Each CHESS-LIKE ADAPTIVE WARGAMING SYSTEM is designed such that aside from a board, models, dice, and typically something to measure with, Players need nothing in order to battle. There are no counters, no points to keep track of, and no score to keep, yet the system allows Players to create balanced Soldiers who fight like they should and are suitably varied in what they can do in a given battle. Each game turn, players choose and perform actions with a single model, alternating until one player wins the battle. Any 25-35mm scale gaming miniatures you have in your collection, or would like to create yourself, can be used under this system to battle against any others. Miniatures (Soldiers) can EITHER be given custom-created statistics using this book, OR can be chosen from SUPERPOSITION Modules/Supplements, which have specific storylines and recommended lines of models to use. SUPERPOSITION supports any number of Players in any given battle, on battlefields of any size or shape, and Players can control forces as small as a single model or as many as they wish.
